3 Ways You Can Help Your Senior Mom Walk More

One of the best things anyone can do for their health is to walk and walk often. A new study found that running or walking 15 miles a week could help prevent Alzheimer’s and dementia. The American Heart Association recommends that people walk 10,000 steps—about five miles—a day to decrease their risks of heart disease and to improve overall health. Christmas Pops 2015!!!!

Paul Plant, Director of The Lawrence County Oratorio Society, has announced that Christmas Pops rehearsals will begin on Monday, October 5, 2015 at 7:15 p.m. at Coleman United Methodist Church on North Military in Lawrenceburg.   Rehearsal will be each Monday night until the performance in early December.

This year Christmas Pops will be presented on Monday, December 7, 2015, at the Old Crockett Theater.

“We are excited about this year’s performance and look forward to having the largest singing group ever”, said Plant. “Anyone who enjoys singing the music of Christmas is invited to come and sing with us.”
